All orders are shipped from our warehouse on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
In most cases, in-stock items are dispatched within 1 business day after your order is placed (excluding preorders, backorders and custom orders).
Delivery time estimates begin once your parcel has been dispatched.

We offer free standard shipping worldwide on orders over $200.
Once your cart reaches this amount, the free shipping option will appear at checkout.

Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, it will be dispatched on or shortly after the estimated arrival date shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order will be shipped once all items become available.
To receive in-stock items earlier, please place separate orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email and SMS.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you cannot locate your tracking email.
Some international standard shipping services may not include tracking. To ensure tracking is available, please select an express service at checkout.

Authority to Leave
All shipments are sent with Authority to Leave, meaning the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if nobody is present.
If this is not suitable, we recommend using a workplace or alternate delivery address.
We can deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers and locked bags.

Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Changing Shipping Details
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes can only be made before the order has been packed or dispatched. Once the parcel has left our warehouse, address changes must be arranged directly with the courier.
