    NEED HELP?

In your hair, around your neck or on a bag, this perfectly sized scarf is easy to wear and instantly transforms your look.

When it comes to styling your outfit, there aren’t many items more versatile and timeless than a scarf. Besides serving as a wardrobe accessory, its multipurpose nature means this scarf can add warmth on a cool day, dress up your outfit or give a sense of remembrance when needed.

    Eco-Friendly
The environmental impact of real silk ranks higher than almost all other fibres, mainly due to its global warming potential and use of fossil fuels chiefly in the reeling and processing stages. This scarf is made of 'vegan silk', using fabricated microfibre yarns to create a silk-like, more environmental-friendly alternative. Furthermore, it is printed with high-quality carcinogen-free Italian pigment inks. No cancer-causing chemicals and undesirable surfactants.

    Zero plastic
We pack your threads in recyclable acid-free tissue paper and use only plant-based home compostable mailers, at no extra cost. By sending your parcel with our delivery partner Australia Post, you’re supporting their carbon-offset projects that have positive environmental and social impacts. Since 2019, their carbon neutral parcel delivery initiative is equivalent of taking 75,000 cars off the road – or roughly 200,000 tonnes of emissions.

    Controlled production
Sustainability involves finding a balance between supply and demand. Life Apparel works with local and international factories where only limited quantities are produced of each model to ensure exclusivity and avoid overproduction, like large fashion brands. Learn more →

This scarf features the phrase "Lest We Forget" refers to The Ode by poet and writer, Laurence Binyon (from the 19th century). The phrase ‘lest we forget’ translates to 'it should not be forgotten'.

Following World War I, this phrase became a common symbol of commemoration across Australia and New Zealand. Today, it remains widely used to pay respects on Anzac Day, Remembrance Day and beyond… To remember the service and sacrifice of those who have served in wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations.

Along a billowing Australian and New Zealand flag, a row of red poppies can be seen. In Australia and fellow countries of the Commonwealth, the red poppy (or Flanders Poppy) has been known as a commemorative remembrance flower since the early 1900s, after WWI.
