“We Will Remember Them.” In most ceremonies of remembrance on home soil, remembrance poems are spoken, sung or said in unison. One traditional recitation on Anzac Day is the Ode, the fourth stanza of the poem For The Fallen by Laurence Binyon. 1919 marked an important date for Binyon’s respectful poem. It was then that this poem was chosen to accompany the unveiling of the London Cenotaph. In 1929, the poem was read at the laying of the Inauguration Stone at the Australian War Memorial. Today, over a century later, it remains a memorial tradition of remembrance for many Commonwealth nations, including Australia.

“They shall grow not old,
as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them,
nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun
and in the morning
We will remember them.
We will remember them
Lest we forget.”
Laurence Binyon

Below a billowing Australian flag, a kneeling soldier pays humble tribute to fallen comrades. A universal symbol of respect as a true memorial and commemoration to Australia’s armed force members and supporting organisations. This piece pays tribute to those who have participated and died in wars involving the Commonwealth of Australia.
Birds take flight on the front and back of the Remembrance polo to represent freedom, peace and the end of war. Soldiers stand in single file with rifles rested. Above them, a large red poppy in full bloom.
In Australia and fellow countries of the Commonwealth, the red poppy (or Flanders Poppy) has been known as a commemorative remembrance flower since the early 1900s, after WWI. The red poppy acts as a reminder of those who lost their lives or suffered in wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations.

general review, on all polo's

The polo shirts are all top quality, light breathable, very good, i bought 7 of them, one of each design. and 2 of navy, haha, i consider these dress shirts, shirts i would wear into parliament or to an event. i do not know how they would survive in high use. assuming you can wash them well, and keep them clean, i think they will last me a long time. i like them alot, the orange and blue ones are excellent colours and the white vietman one, are all excellent designs and perfect colours to make you all proud. they are all good colours and designs, and more dress shirts, i think under heavy wear and bo, they would maybe go bad, hold smell and have to be thrown away... so make sure you wash them regular so they do not retain a build up of bad bo. wash them 5-10 times to begin with so they are set. that will avoid them holding and retaining any early smell. make sure you wash them 5 times, and dry each time, set the shirts. and they won't hold your bo. this pic is not my other suit closet btw, haha

Wow Douglas, what a collection! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a positive review, we appreciate the support. :)
